1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is issued by Codeverse Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the developer of the mobile applications listed under our Google Play developer account.
If you have questions about this policy or about data used in any of our apps, contact us at ammadservicers144@gmail.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all Android applications we publish on the Google Play Store, including current and future apps, unless an app provides a more specific privacy notice. In that case, the app-specific notice controls for that app.
It does not cover websites, products, or services operated by other companies, including Google Play itself.
3. Information we collect
We only collect information that is needed to run, improve, and support our apps. Exact data types can vary by app. Check the Data safety section on each app’s Google Play listing for the latest summary.
Information you provide
- Account details, such as name or email, if an app offers sign-in.
- Content you create or upload in the app, such as files, notes, or settings you choose to save.
- Support messages you send us, including any contact details you include.
Information collected automatically
- Device information, such as device model, OS version, language, and app version.
- Diagnostics, such as crash logs and performance data, to find and fix bugs.
- Usage information, such as which features are used, to improve the product.
- Advertising identifiers, only in apps that show ads.
Some apps process files or other content on your device and do not send that content to our servers. Where that is the case, the Play Store Data safety section will say so.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our apps.
- Personalize in-app experience where a feature requires it.
- Measure performance, diagnose crashes, and prevent abuse.
- Respond to support requests.
- Show advertising in apps that include ads, and measure ad performance.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Third-party services
Our apps may use Google and other third-party SDKs. Depending on the app, these can include:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Cloud Messaging)
- Google AdMob or other ad networks
- Payment processors for in-app purchases, billed through Google Play
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Google’s policies are available at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Advertising
Some of our apps may display ads. Ad partners may collect or receive device identifiers, approximate location (if permitted), and interaction data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where allowed.
You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings (typically under Google > Ads, or Privacy > Ads). You can also use in-app or system-level consent prompts where they are shown.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as HTTPS in transit where data is sent over the network, access controls, and limiting collection to what an app needs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Crash and analytics data is typically kept in aggregate or for a limited period set by our providers.
To request deletion of personal information we hold about you, email ammadservicers144@gmail.com with the app name and enough detail for us to locate your data (for example, the account email). We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.
You can also uninstall any app at any time. Uninstalling stops future collection from that installation; it may not delete data already stored on our servers or with service providers until we process a deletion request.
10. Children’s privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email ammadservicers144@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before we act on it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our apps after an update means you accept the revised policy. If changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice where required.
