This Consultancy Privacy Policy is issued by Codeverse Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It covers our consultancy, marketing, and client-acquisition activities, including advertising on Meta platforms.

2. Scope

This policy applies when you:

• Submit a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta ads.
• Click our ads and then share details on a landing page, website form, WhatsApp, email, or phone call.
• Message us on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or similar channels after seeing an ad.
• Become a consultancy client or request a proposal, quote, or demo.

Our Google Play Privacy Policy covers information collected in our mobile apps. Meta, Google, and other platforms also process data under their own policies.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Business name, job title, website, or industry.
• Project details, budget range, location, and other answers you enter on a lead form or contact form.
• Messages, attachments, and call notes from sales or support conversations.

Information from advertising platforms

• Lead details that Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or other ad platforms send us after you submit an instant form.
• Campaign metadata, such as the ad you clicked, form name, and approximate time of submission.
• Technical and measurement data, such as browser type, device type, IP address, and ad interaction events, when pixels or similar tools are used.

Information collected automatically

• Pages visited on our website or landing pages, including referral source.
• Cookies, pixels, and similar identifiers used to measure ads and remember form or session state.

4. Meta ads and lead forms

We run ads on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Some ads use Meta lead forms (instant forms). When you submit one of those forms, you are sending your answers to Meta, and Meta shares those answers with us so we can follow up about the advertised service.

Typical lead fields include:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• City, country, or other location you choose to provide
• Custom questions about your business, service interest, or timeline

We use this information to contact you about the offer in the ad, qualify the enquiry, and provide consultancy services if you choose to work with us. We do not buy or scrape contact lists from Meta outside the leads and messages you choose to send.

5. How we use information

If we use a contractor or teammate to follow up on a lead, they may see the contact details needed to handle that enquiry, and they must use them only for that purpose.

7. Ads, pixels, and tracking

Our website, landing pages, and thank-you pages may use the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google tags, or similar tools. These tools help us:

• Know whether an ad click led to a form submit or contact.
• Measure reach, clicks, and conversion events.
• Show our ads to people who visited our pages or who resemble our existing audience, where the platform allows it.

These tools may set cookies or read device identifiers. You can control cookies in your browser, use platform ad settings, or install industry opt-out tools where available. Blocking cookies may limit how well we can measure or personalize ads, but you can still contact us directly.

Those companies process information under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they use data on their platforms beyond what they provide to us as the advertiser or business customer.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect lead and client information, including limiting access to people who need it for follow-up or delivery, and using reputable platforms for ads, email, and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to follow up, deliver services, handle disputes, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Unsuccessful leads are typically kept only for a limited period for follow-up and campaign review, then deleted or archived.

To request deletion of your consultancy or advertising lead data, email ammadservicers144@gmail.com with your name, the contact details you used, and the ad or form if you remember it. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Deleting a Facebook or Instagram comment or message may not remove a copy we already downloaded as a lead. Use the email above for those requests. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails or ask us to stop calling or messaging you.

11. Children’s privacy

Our consultancy services and ads are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has submitted a lead, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to marketing or certain other processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
